allow to always display the files hierarchy and the table of content

What problem does this feature solve? [optional]

when i open a file i want to see directly the table of content and then if this is not the file that i search i can open another file with one click and have the table of content again in front . no need to to click to swi:ch the sidebar for every file a must have for people with a lot a files and folder with organized content
