/fvdlResolve contains the .fvdl format resolver since Fortify SCA generates a report.fvdl file;
fvdl resolver depends on libxml2 : http://www.xmlsoft.org/, with -L/usr/local/lib and -I/usr/local/include/libxml2 here in /fvdlResolve/Makefile
