🚀 Quick Start

1. Backend (Python Algorithm)

cd backend
python3 valuation_engine.py

2. API Server (Node.js)

cd api
npm install
npm start

3. Frontend (React Landing Page)

cd frontend
npm install
npm run dev

Open demo/index.html in browser for interactive testing

Concentric Circles Model:

• Identifies distance from city center (CBD)
• Applies government guidance values
• Calculates property estimate based on:
  • Property type (apartment, plot, villa, commercial, agricultural)
  • Size/specifications
  • Distance from center
  • Area-specific guidance values
