TLG Hiring Desk — Onboarding Dashboard Prototype

High-fidelity, self-contained prototype of the TLG onboarding dashboard. Built from the New Hire Automation Plan, Revised New Hire Process, and TLG Onboarding Portal Implementation Plan.

How to Preview

Option 1 — Open directly in browser (fastest):

Double-click index.html

Works in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. No server required.

Option 2 — Local server (avoids any file:// quirks):

What the Prototype Demonstrates

Views

• Today's Queue — 4 groups: Needs Admin Action, Waiting on Candidate, Ready for Review, Blocked/Overdue. Summary count cards at top. Candidate rows are clickable.
• All Candidates — Sortable table with search and group filter. All 7 candidates listed with status badges and readiness indicators.
• Candidate Profile — Full profile header (name, contact, assignment, status) + 7 tabs:
  1. Overview — Next action banner, activity timeline, quick status checklist
  2. Screenings — All 6 clearances (PA PATCH, SAM, OIG, Medi-check, ChildLine, FBI/Residency) with status, date, and portal links
  3. Packet Review — Health/ID docs, policy e-signatures, payroll forms, CPSGO gate
  4. Training Review — MyODP transcript verification, Required Training List, Fatal Five (5 certs), Fire Safety
  5. Therap & Systems — Account fields, invite/training/recap workflow
  6. Additional Training — ISP, BSP, Med Admin, On-Site Orientation, Shadowing Day 1/2/3 with hard gate callouts
  7. Final Readiness — Cleared to Start gate with 6 binary checks, final admin steps, disabled Mark Active button until all gates pass

Interactive Features

• Click any candidate card or row → opens full profile
• All checkboxes toggle state in memory (show/hide checked state)
• Final Readiness gate recalculates live as checkboxes are ticked
• Mark Active button is disabled until all gates + final admin steps are complete
• Role switcher (sidebar footer) hides action buttons for Leadership (read-only)
• Toast notifications for all button actions
• All 7 profile tabs are fully rendered with content
• Back navigation from profile → Today's Queue

Hard Gates Shown

• Cleared to Start requires all 6 screenings, packet approved, payroll/CPSGO done, training verified, Therap complete, and all additional training + shadowing done
• ISP/BSP gate: labeled as required before individual-specific care
• Shadowing gate: labeled as required before unaccompanied shift
• Mark Active disabled until Cleared to Start + Final PDF + Folder Check + Training Log

Caveats

• No backend — all state is in-memory and resets on page refresh
• Checkboxes persist only within the browser session
• No file uploads, email sending, or actual Drive integration — buttons show toast confirmations only
• Designed for desktop (1280px+ recommended). Narrower widths may clip the today-queue column grid
• No external fonts or CDN dependencies — uses system font stack
