👋 About

I'm Jonathan Sanchez — a Lead Senior Software Engineer & Software Architect with 11+ years building scalable software across e‑commerce, LMS, ERP, B2B, publishing, hospitality, and aviation. I lead cross‑functional teams, ship to millions of users, and pair business‑aligned engineering with people‑centered leadership — boosting efficiency 30%+ and reducing costs 25%+ along the way.

Currently leading UI & Mobile engineering at Cypher Learning, building the next generation of an LMS platform serving millions of global users. Hands‑on 75% IC / 25% lead across React Native, Next.js, and Ruby on Rails — with deep AWS/GCP cloud experience and a growing AI/LLM practice (RAG, LangChain, Bedrock, Vertex AI).
