we refactored
add_noisemethod to calculate based on sigmas in #5158, butself.sigmasis only created when you runset_timesteps()this will cause error when the
add_noisemethod is used withoutset_timesteps(), i.e. typical when used in training. In this PR we will createself.sigmasduring__init__.
