Design notes

• DECA blue #0072CE everywhere the old site used it, now consistently: blue header with the white Oklahoma DECA wordmark, blue heroes, navy footer.
• 29 old pages → 9 pages. The old site duplicated pages (copy-of-*) because classic Wix can't reuse a page across menus; those are merged, with the differences reconciled (see CONTENT-NOTES.md).
• All original content is preserved — every officer, price, date, PDF, and external link from the old site appears on the new pages.
• Mobile-first: single-column stacking, hamburger menu, no horizontal overflow (the old mobile site clipped text off-screen).
• Every layout pattern is deliberately Wix-implementable: strips, card grids, repeaters, tables, buttons — no custom interactions Wix can't reproduce.
