Summary

• add a dedicated GitHub Actions workflow for the Playwright/Testcontainers suite
• pin all third-party actions to immutable Node 24-based v5 commit SHAs
• cache Yarn dependencies and install only the Chromium headless shell
• upload Playwright traces, videos, and screenshots for failed runs
• document the implemented CI behavior in the e2e README

Dependency and merge order

This is a stacked Phase 6 PR based on Phase 5 PR #2101. Merge #2101 first, then this PR.

How to validate

1. Let the End-to-end tests pull request workflow run on ubuntu-22.04.
2. Find and watch it with:

gh run list --workflow e2e-tests.yml --branch dk-ws/e2e-phase-6-ci --event pull_request --limit 1
gh run watch <run-id> --exit-status

3. Inspect the complete job log with gh run view <run-id> --log. Confirm the suite passes, container health checks are clean, no request reaches an amazonaws.com endpoint, and no credentials are printed.

Validation result

Passed on ubuntu-22.04 in workflow run 36584617728. Both scenarios passed in 3.3 minutes. The completed log contained no exceptions, failed health checks, amazonaws.com requests, credential output, or deprecated-action warning; the only annotation was the Playwright 2 passed notice.

The failure-only artifact step was skipped on the successful run. Artifact upload was not deliberately triggered because the controlled-failure validation option was not selected.
