… config Include :tutorials:java:MapWithMarker and :tutorials:kotlin:MapWithMarker in settings.gradle.kts, the build-tutorials CI job, and verify_all.sh. Update both app/build.gradle.kts files to use the root version catalog, proguard-android-optimize.txt, AndroidX test runner, and Java 17 compileOptions, and refresh the tutorial READMEs.

MapWithMarkertutorials (tutorials/java/MapWithMarkerandtutorials/kotlin/MapWithMarker) were excluded from the root Gradle build and still referenced removed AGP 8 defaults (proguard-android.txt, legacyandroid.support.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner, and camelCase version catalog aliases from their deleted standalone catalogs).:tutorials:java:MapWithMarkerand:tutorials:kotlin:MapWithMarkerinsettings.gradle.kts, thebuild-tutorialsCI job, andscripts/verify_all.sh.app/build.gradle.ktsfiles to useproguard-android-optimize.txt, root version catalog aliases,androidx.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner, and Java 17compileOptionsin the Java tutorial.Toastimport inMapsMarkerActivity.ktand update the tutorialREADME.mdfiles to describe running from the root Gradle project.
