Improvements

• Significantly speeds up array validation, in conjunction with this update to properties: seequent/properties#269 - see #43

This release represents the initial version of OMF adopted by the GMG Group. The bump from v0.9 to v1.0 signifies this adoption and does not include any major change in the code (See: https://github.com/gmggroup/omf/issues/31)
