Description
Add git-lfs to the devcontainer.
#7750 added the grammar from https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-tmdl which includes git-lfs configuration in the .gitattributes.
I'm also updating the SHA for the astro grammar as they've accidentally removed the commit we were relying on. See #7803 (comment)
This means we now need git-lfs in the devcontainer.
