Adds DDG Agent Services (ddg-services) to the GitHub Copilot plugin marketplace as an external plugin, referencing its public repository: https://github.com/0xcircuitbreaker/ddg-agent-plugins

DDG Agent Services is a catalog of pay-per-call APIs for AI agents — 376 HTTP routes priced in USDC on Base over the x402 protocol. Copilot can discover services for a task, call free and free-tier routes, and read x402 payment challenges as data for priced routes. No account, no API key, no KYC.

What the plugin contains

• plugin.json: Agent Plugins 1.0 manifest (at plugins/ddg-services).
• mcp.json: one remote server, ddg, streamable-http, https://mcp.daedalusdevelopmentgroup.com/mcp.
• README with the catalog, free tier, and payment flow.
• No hooks, scripts, local processes, or binaries. The plugin reads no files, environment variables, or credentials.

Authentication and network

• Endpoint: https://mcp.daedalusdevelopmentgroup.com/mcp only. No sign-in, API key, or headers needed.
• 54 MCP tools. Free/free-tier routes return results directly; priced routes return a standard x402 402 challenge (price, asset, network, payTo) that an x402-capable client can settle and replay.
• No telemetry beyond the MCP calls themselves.

Testing

• @microsoft/vally runLint against plugins/ddg-services at the submitted SHA: passed.
• Direct MCP query: the endpoint configured by the plugin was called with the JSON-RPC calls a client makes, without Copilot's model in the loop.
  • initialize OK; 54 tools listed.
  • tools/call on a free route returned 200; on a priced route returned a real 402 challenge (0.01 USDC, eip155:8453).
• Not tested: a full Copilot chat session (needs a Copilot-licensed login this environment does not have).

Changes

• .github/plugin/marketplace.json: one entry appended (GitHub source 0xcircuitbreaker/ddg-agent-plugins, path plugins/ddg-services).
• README.md: one line under "External Plugins".
