Update type alias class names - #1131

Pull request overview
Renames references from the (now-deprecated/removed) standard library class UsingAliasTypedefType to its current equivalent TypeAliasType across five query/library files. This is a mechanical rename to keep the queries compatible with the current CodeQL standard library.
Changes:
- Replace
UsingAliasTypedefTypewithTypeAliasTypein two MISRA RULE-4-1-2 queries, one AUTOSAR M3-2-3 query, one AUTOSAR A14-5-2 query, and the sharedUses.qlllibrary. - No behavioral or logic changes beyond the class name update.
Show a summary per file
Verified there are no remaining references to UsingAliasTypedefType in the repository's .ql/.qll files. The rename appears complete and mechanical; however, since this changes the type used by several existing queries (and stale comments in Uses.qll still reference behavior "last verified in CodeQL CLI 2.7.6"), it may affect query results and could warrant a change note per the release checklist.

Reviewer: Confirm that either a change note is not required or the change note is required and has been added.
Query development review checklist
For PRs that add new queries or modify existing queries, the following checklist should be completed by both the author and reviewer:
Author
As a rule of thumb, predicates specific to the query should take no more than 1 minute, and for simple queries be under 10 seconds. If this is not the case, this should be highlighted and agreed in the code review process.
