The version number in this artifact filename is inconsistent with the release version. The coding-standards-codeql-packs-2.37.0-dev.zip artifact should be updated to coding-standards-codeql-packs-2.54.0.zip to match the release version being published (2.54.0) and to be consistent with the other artifact filenames on lines 44-47.
