The 19.x entry lists the affected range as "< 19.2.22" while the first patched version is 19.2.23, so 19.2.22 is in neither the affected nor the patched set. The OSV event already says fixed: 19.2.23; only the affected range (database_specific.last_known_affected_version_range) is off by one.

Evidence: the fix (angular/angular#68713 "fix(core): reject script element as a dynamic component host", and #68686) was merged on 2026-05-18. npm published @angular/core 19.2.22 on 2026-05-12, before the merge, and 19.2.23 on 2026-05-27.

npm tarballs: the fix's error string "is not allowed as a component host" is absent from @angular/core@19.2.22 and present in 19.2.23 (fesm2022/core.mjs). The 20.x line shows the same pattern and is listed correctly: 20.3.21 lacks the string, 20.3.22 has it.

Note: the upstream repository advisory (angular/angular GHSA-692r-grfm-v8x7) carries the same "< 19.2.22" value.
