Adds developer search examples for every SDK (Python, Node, Go, Java, Rust, Ruby, PHP, .NET and Elixir) to the Developer Index page, plus a section on each SDK page that gained a new method.
The Developer Index page said the SDKs had no dedicated method for this endpoint. That is no longer true: Python has
developer_searchand Node hasdeveloperSearch, and now Go (DeveloperSearch), Java and PHP (developerSearch), Rust and Ruby (developer_search), .NET (DeveloperSearchAsync) and Elixir (search_developer) have their own. Each new SDK section also says that the method replaces that SDK's deprecated GitHub search method, which stops responding after 2026-11-03.
Based on feat(go-sdk): add DeveloperSearch for /v2/search/developer, feat(rust-sdk): add developer_search for /v2/search/developer, feat(java-sdk): add developerSearch, feat(ruby-sdk): add developer search, feat(php-sdk): add developer search, feat(dot-net-sdk): add developer search and feat(elixir-sdk): add developer search, which added the methods in those SDKs.
Needs a human look: the Python and Node methods shipped in August, so I fixed the page's claim for those SDKs too, since it was already wrong. The Java (1.18.5) and .NET (1.14.3) install pins predate the new methods. I left them alone to stay in scope. The Elixir heading is "Developer search" to match that page's short headings. The other SDK pages use "Searching the Developer Index".
