Shadow auto-approve: would auto-approve. Bumps the pinned firecrawl SDK from 4.44.0 to 4.48.0, releases 1.26.11, and updates the lockfile; no CLI usage changes and tests pass, so the change is bounded and routine.

Moves the
firecrawlJS SDK from 4.44.0 to 4.48.0 (exact pin, lockfile updated) and releases 1.26.13.4.48.0 adds the
originclient option and keeps a caller's body origin, so once the agent origin change lands, SDK-routed CLI calls carry it too. This supersedes the 4.46.0 bump in #325.
Build passes, and all 742 tests pass with no API key in the environment.
