Strategic Intelligence Fusion Platform by Lattice
Vector is a geopolitical and strategic intelligence platform that fuses open-source signals into structured, analyst-ready intelligence. It connects raw OSINT collection to scenario-grade analytical output — entity resolution, event correlation, claim verification, cascade modeling, and collaborative analyst workflows — inside a single operational surface.
Vector is not a dashboard. It is a fusion engine with a cockpit.
Ingest — Continuous collection from structured and unstructured OSINT feeds: news wires, social media, government publications, satellite imagery metadata, shipping/AIS data, financial filings, sanctions lists, and analyst-submitted raw intelligence.
Fuse — Entity resolution across sources. Event deduplication and correlation. Claim extraction with provenance tagging. Temporal alignment of signals across geographic and thematic domains.
Analyze — Cascade modeling: structured scenario trees that propagate probability through dependency chains. Entity-relationship graphs with typed edges. Bayesian confidence updates as new signals arrive. Analyst annotations with audit trails.
Collaborate — Multi-analyst workspaces with role-based access. Hypothesis boards. Dissent tracking. Structured analytic techniques (SATs) embedded in workflows. Review and approval chains for finished intelligence products.
Govern — Full provenance chain from raw source to finished assessment. Classification and handling markings. Access tiers (free/premium/enterprise). Audit logging. Source protection.
Vector follows a collect → normalize → fuse → analyze → disseminate pipeline:
Sources → Collectors → Normalization Layer → Fusion Engine → Analyst Workbench → Products

The platform is built as a modular monolith with clear domain boundaries, designed for eventual service extraction. The primary interface is a map-first operational cockpit with drill-down into entity, event, and scenario detail.
See docs/platform-architecture.md for full technical architecture.
BEACONSignal is a separate prototype that explored cascade visualization and signal display in a static demo context. Vector is a ground-up platform specification that draws on lessons learned from BEACONSignal but shares no codebase, no deployment, and no repository. They are independent projects under Lattice.
Phase: Specification
This repository currently contains product specification and architecture documents. Implementation begins after specification review is complete.
