Summary

  • Initialize with `adapter: Rollout::Adapters::Redis.new(redis)`.
  • Bump core to 3.1.0. Drop `backend:` and `Rollout::Redis::Backend`.
  • Pin install docs to `rollout ~> 3.1` and `rollout-redis-adapter ~> 0.1`.
  • Fix README examples for percentages, Redis keys, testing, UI, and trusted publishing.

Test plan

  • Core and Redis adapter specs cover the new API
  • CI on this PR

Keep backend: and Rollout::Redis::Backend as compatibility aliases.
Bump core to 3.1.0 so the new initialization keyword can ship separately
from the already published 3.0.0 gem.
Nobody consumed the published 3.0.0 API, so initialization only accepts
adapter:. Keep Rollout::Redis::Backend as a class alias.
Drop the extra Adapter suffix and the Rollout::Redis::Backend alias.
Keep Rollout::Redis::Codec for encoding.
Pin 3.1 install constraints, fix percentage and Redis key examples,
and document testing, UI compatibility, and trusted publishing.
