Summary
This is the first PR of a couple to mark CPS as GA. This PR also treats CCS and CPS as equals, rather than positioning CPS as "CCS for projects" on certain comparison surfaces.
I need to also put up a PR in elasticsearch, and do some applicability cleanup after #8004 ships
Note: Where the
