A failing test snippet:

FSharp "module Module"
|> withNoWarn 75
|> withOptions ["--extraoptimizationloops:1"]
|> compile
|> shouldSucceed

It seems the nowarn is not checked when reporting this warning here:

fsharp/src/Compiler/Driver/CompilerOptions.fs
