0045 decision 3 wrote a time context carried from chunk to chunk; cut 2 built one date read from the opening after extraction. This record puts the context into the extraction call, keeps every named date with its name, lets a statement without time words take an as-of from the context, removes the single document date from facts, and says a fact with no time holds at every moment.
