Local Milo restarts can briefly disconnect the API tunnel, and fresh CRD discovery can return throttling responses. The native authoring harness now retries bounded read-only observations while retaining exact schema checks and fail-closed behavior for persistent failures.
Trial evidence records the exact harness revision and execution rejects tracked or untracked source changes. Local Python bytecode generation is suppressed so generated artifacts do not undermine that check.
