The live coda-main run found that xterm/PTY echoes the command sent to /api/input. Since the command itself contains __CODA_VERIFY_BEGIN__, the skill's indexOf extraction started inside the echoed command instead of at the JSON report.

Use lastIndexOf for both begin/end markers so the JSON parser selects the emitted report block. This is a real live-verification fix, not cosmetic.

xterm/PTY echoes the command sent to /api/input. Since the command itself
contains __CODA_VERIFY_BEGIN__, the skill's first-marker extraction started in
the echoed command instead of at the JSON report. Use lastIndexOf for both
markers so the report parser selects the emitted result block. Found during the
first live run against coda-main.
