Adds ProvenPaid to the ecosystem page (Infrastructure & Tooling).
ProvenPaid is an x402-paid API that, before an agent pays an unfamiliar x402 endpoint, validates the endpoint's payment challenge and reports public on-chain evidence for its receiving address. Live on Base mainnet and listed in the Bazaar: https://api.provenpaid.com. MCP server: https://github.com/justinsmithphd/provenpaid-mcp.
