I find and fix real correctness bugs in the tools I use — panics, hangs, silent data corruption — and send the smallest patch that proves it.

Apache (merged bugfixes)

Lead with the one that matters:

• apache/iceberg-go#1816 — snapshot Delete/Overwrite used partition spec IDs as slice indexes. After RemovePartitionSpecs, commits panic or write the wrong changed-partition summary. Same function already resolved adds by ID.

Also merged:

• apache/opendal#8064 — truncated Buffer vectored views ignored logical length and over-reported bytes (bytes::Buf contract).
• apache/arrow-rs#10677 — IPC StreamReader::schema ignored column projection.
• apache/dubbo-go#3655 — Triple unary transport rewrote CodeBizError to CodeUnknown, so failover retried business errors.
• apache/fesod#1011 — XLS literal error cells (#DIV/0!, #N/A) were read as booleans.

Other merged work

• nodejs/undici#5685 — dump interceptor: aborted request with a small body never settled. Reviewed by Matteo Collina.
• GitoxideLabs/gitoxide#2910 — "N months ago" clamped to month-end; git rolls over. Byron extended the branch and merged.
• ml-explore/mlx#4223 — mx.pad(..., mode="reflect"|"symmetric") on an empty axis hung at 100% CPU.
• huggingface/huggingface.js#2365 — slice() negative-index guards constructed TypeError and never threw.
• pylint-dev/pylint#11268 — class checker crashed when x.__class__ was a for/with/unpacking target.
