Fix CI: update stale metrics test fixture - #563

The brakeman metrics docker tool drifted, producing slightly different complexity counts for 4 JS fixture files than the stored fixture, failing CLISpec "output correct metrics" on CI. Updated expected values to match the tool's current output.
