Goal

Add a Windsurf CI Sweeper example. The pattern coverage table has a gap for Windsurf on CI Sweeper (Cursor and Opencode already ship one).

• examples/README.md (fill CI Sweeper × Windsurf cell)

Acceptance criteria

• Week-one report-only: classify failure, update state, no auto-fix
• Map Windsurf / Cascade scheduling or manual trigger; link docs/safety.md
• Point at loop-worktree + verifier notes for week-two L2
• Follow tone of examples/cursor/ci-sweeper.md or examples/windsurf/daily-triage.md
