Missing Workers AI types for models since October 2026 #7828

Similar to #6698, #6234 and #5080
Types for the following models are missing:
@cf/cloudflare/clef@cf/cloudflare/clef-flash@cf/utter-project/eurollm-9b-it@cf/swiss-ai/apertus-v1.5-8b@cf/cloudflare/clef-omni@cf/daily-co/phonellm-mini-alpha-2@cf/cloudflare/clairic
Note: the Clef models and Clairic use state + questions / fields inputs rather than chat messages, so they probably need their own types rather than BaseAiTextGeneration. EuroLLM and Apertus have no schema in the public catalog.
