Add support for Clef evaluation in Vercel AI SDK https://developers.cloudflare.com/ai/models/@cf/cloudflare/clef/

Example

import { experimental_evaluate as evaluate } from "ai";

const { answers } = await evaluate({
	model: workersai.evaluation("@cf/cloudflare/clef"),
	state: "Checkout has been failing for every customer for the last hour.",
	questions: {
		urgent: { type: "boolean", instructions: "Is this support request urgent?" },
	},
});

Requires ai@7.0.103 or later.
