I think I'd wait with this just a moment - just so we don't have to followup with another PR refactoring the setup. |

What do we need to follow up refactoring? Even if changesets v3 gets a stable release, I'd wait for the 7 day period so we don't have to do the excludes stuff. If we don't want to bump the deps now we can close this (don't really mind) |
