Bumps the version to 2.2.0 in package.json, package-lock.json and server.json (same files as #446 / #447).
v2.2.0 is the first release that includes the Load Testing capability registry.
Merge order: merge only after #458 (Load Testing capability index on main) and #459 (README), so the v2.2.0 release includes them.
