Quick search the web for anything from your desktop screen!
This application makes use of the Tkinkter, webbrowser, and pyinstaller packages. Download the zip file to your computer, unzip the folder and click on the '.exe' file to start the application. Python script is 'quicksearch.py'
When the application is run, it opens a tiny bar that stays on your desktop for the duration of the time your computer is powered on. When working on your computer and you want to quickly search for something on the internet, you type into the tiny bar and the application automatically opens the web browser and searches for whatever you typed.
