A simple Arduino based temperature display
Takes a value from a MAX6675 thermocouple sensor and writes it to an I2C quad 14 segment display, notably this one: https://www.jaycar.com.au/quad-14-segment-alphanumeric-display-module/p/XC3715
Justifies the text output to the right of the display.
Requires Adafruit GFX and LED Backpack libraries.
