Summary

  • Replaces the State of Appwrite Cloud survey promo with an Init announcement (August 31 - September 4).
  • New bottom-left modal alert modal:init_2026_announcement, scope everywhere, CTA "Claim your ticket" linking to https://new.appwrite.io/init with skipUpgradeRedirect.
  • Adds src/lib/images/promos/init-2026.png cover; removes the old survey image.

Test plan

  • Run in cloud mode; card appears bottom-left on organization and project pages
  • CTA opens new.appwrite.io/init in a new tab and dismisses the card
  • Dismissal persists across reloads

P1 Promotion never expires

After the advertised event ends on September 4, this cloud-only promotion remains enabled with scope: 'everywhere' and show: true, causing users who have not dismissed it to continue seeing a stale Init banner.
