The new port mapping resolves the outstanding upgrade-wizard access issue, and I found no further problem in this incremental change.

Adds an Appwrite 1.9.8 security changelog entry, a dedicated upgrade section for the 1.9 line, and 1.9.8 SDK compatibility rows. Updates the older-upgrade path to pass through 1.9.8 while keeping current installation examples on 2.6.0. The 1.9.8 upgrade command now publishes the installer port required to access its wizard.

Latest changes: The newest commit adds a host port mapping for port 20080 to the 1.9.8 upgrade command so users can reach the installer wizard.
