Bump the self-hosted Console image from appwrite/new:1.1.101-self-hosted to appwrite/new:1.1.107-self-hosted. Release 1.1.107 includes appwrite/vibes#384, allowing new console invitees to accept organization invitations without an existing password or session.

Related to #13724. This follows the existing single-pin bump in #13714.

Validation: confirmed the 1.1.107 release includes the invitation fix, parsed the Compose YAML, and checked the one-line diff. No test files added.

Draft until the multi-architecture image is published. Docker Hub currently returns MANIFEST_UNKNOWN for 1.1.107-self-hosted; the 1.1.107 production workflow is queued. Verify the amd64 and arm64 manifest before merging. The updated pin then ships through the next self-hosted Appwrite release.

P1 Unavailable Console image

The newly pinned image currently returns MANIFEST_UNKNOWN. If this is merged before both amd64 and arm64 manifests are published, docker compose pull will fail and self-hosted installations will be left without a running Console. Keep this blocked until the multi-architecture manifest is verified.
