Installer building locally fixes and feat .devcontainer.
*All changes here should not affect the created project or the created installer.

  • All temporary files created by the build process are added to .gitignore.
  • Added spc doctor --auto-fix to Makefile (similarly to the GitHub Actions build process).
  • Added .devcontainer to the installer project.
    • It includes the dependencies needed to build the installer (PHP, Static PHP, and spc extra dependencies like musl, by running spc doctor).
    • Also include dependencies to run ./api-platform (Docker and Node) so you can test the resulting installer if needed.
    • Note: This does not conflict with Copy devcontainer from Symfony Docker scaffold #3000, which is .devcontainer for the created project.

This allows you to build the installer (make build), optionally use it (api-platform --with-pwa --with-admin --with-docker --with-agents), and optionally run cd pwa && pnpm dev and cd admin && npm run dev -- --host for testing, without needing to install any dependencies on your machine.
