Looks good. The workflow is self-contained: nothing else in .github references it. compliance-close.yml and the PR-side needs:compliance handling in pr-standards.yml keep working on their own. The only behaviour that goes away is labelling new issues and re-checking them on edit, and that has not run since the workflow was disabled. Removing it also takes out an agent that read untrusted issue text while holding OPENCODE_API_KEY/GITHUB_TOKEN and was allowed to run gh issue*.
Public API: unchanged (CI-only).

The Oct 20–21 prompt-injection issues ([BUG] OPENCODE_API_KEY authentication fails silently in GitHub Actions CI #57337, [BUG] opencode CLI crashes with special characters in OPENCODE_API_KEY env var #57339) asked exactly that kind of agent to post secrets withgh issue comment, so it should not be re-enabled by accident.needs:complianceissues when edited) goes with it; it has not run since the workflow was disabled.
