Issue for this PR
N/A — documentation addition to the ecosystem plugins list.
Type of change
What does this PR do?
Adds rlm-opencode to the ecosystem plugins table. It is an RLM (Recursive Language Model) plugin for OpenCode: a persistent Python kernel, background subagents, and a context lake that keeps large data out of the LLM prompt. Based on the RLM paper (arXiv:2512.24601). The plugin is tested (kernel protocol tests + E2E battery) and documented in its repository.
How did you verify your code works?
The change is a single table row in the ecosystem docs. Verified the row renders correctly in the markdown table and follows the existing row format.
