Summary

  • reserve space on the right side of the homepage session list
  • place the custom scrollbar in the outer gutter, beyond the search and session row edge
  • keep session hover and archive states clear of the scrollbar

Validation

  • bun typecheck (packages/app)
  • bun x prettier --check src/pages/home.tsx
  • pre-push monorepo typecheck (29 tasks passed)
  • real-app Playwright interaction recording at 760×520, dark theme, reduced motion, with six existing local sessions
  • verified search and session rows share a 739px right edge while the scrollbar occupies the separate 739–751px gutter; scrolling geometry stays unchanged
