few small things i noticed:

• the two new blank lines between the moved cards (before Reactivity and Change Detection) have trailing whitespace on them. everything else in here is back to back without blank lines

• Signal Forms card is under Completed now but the text still reads like it's in progress ("we landed an experimental version... Next, our plans include promoting Signal Forms to stable"). it's also marked Production ready in the list at the top, so the "still experimental" wording here reads a bit contradictory

• same thing on Reactivity and Change Detection, they still talk about future plans even though they're in the completed section now
