I help teams spot issues before they become outages, respond faster during incidents, and close the loop with repeatable fixes. My mix: observability, clear comms, and pragmatic automation.
Proactive Monitoring & EWS
Centralized log pipeline, dashboards for error/latency/throughput, threshold + anomaly alerts, and tidy handover to ops.
Automation Deployment Tool (PowerShell GUI)
Pull source, deploy to IIS/Windows Service, process logging, basic validation, and one-click rollback to cut human error.
EWS Log Monitoring – Elasticsearch & Python
Python 3.11 app with Docker/Jenkins pipeline for a log-driven Early Warning System: queries Elasticsearch, runs rules (5xx error-rate spikes, repeated login failures, high-value transactions), and sends alerts to channels (console now; ready to extend to Telegram/Slack/email). Configurable via .env + YAML with easily extensible rules and notifiers.
- Map critical business signals, not just server metrics.
- Build observability: log ingest, metrics, dashboards, alerts anyone can read.
- Automate routine steps (deploy, verify, document) and keep them in the repo.
- RCA with data, clear follow-ups, and knowledge that stays accessible.
- Early Warning System for core business services: error rate, response time, throughput, anomaly patterns.
- Ready-to-use dashboards and alerting that ops can act on without being observability engineers.
- Lightweight ops automation to speed releases without losing control.

Strong application support is not just firefighting incidents—it is building systems that prevent them in the first place.
