I'm a Software Engineering student based in Istanbul, focused on backend development and business-oriented web systems. I enjoy turning real operational needs into maintainable software and improving products through feedback, iteration, and real-world use.
- 💻 Building backend-oriented web applications with Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, and MySQL
- 🧩 Interested in modular architecture, API design, databases, and business process automation
- 🖥️ Comfortable deploying and maintaining applications on Linux servers with Nginx and PM2
- ⚙️ Also working close to the machine in C and C++ — POSIX threads, Linux system calls, graph algorithms
- 🔬 Measuring rather than assuming: benchmarks with real numbers, unit tests in CI, honest reporting of results
- 🌍 English at B2 level; studying in a fully English-taught degree program

A B2B internal platform in daily use at an event and wedding venue, spanning roughly 65 API endpoints and 40 relational data models: reservations, customers, payments and cash tracking, reporting, role-based access, PDF contracts and Excel exports.
The demanding part was making the reservation form settings-driven — field definitions, visibility rules and option lists come from admin configuration, so a new venue requirement needs no schema migration and no code change.
A Turkish/English catalog and editorial platform for a publisher, over 14 relational models, with each language modeled at the data layer rather than treated as interface-label translation. Covers books, authors, events, articles, media, retail points, subscribers and per-page SEO.
Individual coursework, cleaned up and documented as standalone repositories. Each README states the course context.
