Windows installs of requirements.txt no longer need a compiler, on x64 or ARM64, Python 3.10 to 3.15.

  • Bundled wheels for lz4, zstd, Brotli (pinned by the ccl readers) and sqlcipher3 on 3.15, built by the new build_windows_wheels workflow (run 39331957895).
  • bcrypt 3.2.0 to 5.0.0 for ARM64 wheels. Snapchat passcode checks give the same results on both.
  • New install check, also weekly, since the ccl readers' pins can move.
  • requirements-msl-lock.txt still pins zstd 1.5.7.3, so that optional install still compiles.

Windows installs of requirements.txt needed a compiler on x64 from Python
3.13 and on ARM64 on every version: lz4 4.3.3, zstd 1.5.7.2 and Brotli 1.2.0,
pinned by the ccl readers mister_skinnylegs installs from git, sqlcipher3
0.6.2 on 3.15, and bcrypt 3.2.0 on ARM64. build_windows_wheels.yml, the same
workflow iLEAPP uses, builds the first four from pinned PyPI sdists and tests
each; the 23 wheels here come from run 39331957895 and match its log.

bcrypt moves to 5.0.0, which ships ARM64 wheels. checkpw keeps its call and
result for the Snapchat passcode search: hashes made by 3.2.0 and 5.0.0 in the
$2a$, $2b$ and $2y$ forms verify under both, and both raise ValueError on a
bad hash.

The runtime contract adds 3.15 and an install job: Windows x64 and ARM64
from wheels alone, plus macOS. It also runs weekly, since the ccl readers'
pins can move under the bundled wheels.
