added netstats artifact
…eanly - On one corpus image packages.xml is stored encrypted; the unguarded parse raised and the whole artifact died before reading a single netstats binary, losing every row on that image. The parse is now guarded and usage is reported with bare UIDs when the map is unavailable. - Legacy collection versions 2-4 were accepted but read with the unified version 16 layout, which would misparse old files rather than fail. Only version 16 is parsed now; anything else is rejected with the version in the message. - UID -1 was labeled "[UID Details Unavailable]"; per AOSP NetworkStats.java it is UID_ALL, the aggregate/unspecified value the device-wide collections use, and is now labeled "[All UIDs (aggregate)]" with the sources in a comment. - The description was a copy-paste from another artifact; it now describes netstats. Notes carry the AOSP sourcing, the packages.xml behavior and why timeline output is off. sample_data added from runs against the registered corpora (11 images, 1,894 to 62,999 rows). This plugin parses the contents of the system/netstats folder and provides network data usage stats for apps/system, processes, including what type of connection the usage took place on (e.g., WiFi, mobile network, VPN), and identifiers for that network (e.g., SSID and subscriber ID).
There are likely refinements that can be made to improve how the data is reported especially to reduce the volume of records (e.g., I think the "buckets" can be safely combined, I just need to work out how to approach that), but as a first pass, I think it already provides value.
