fix(docs): replace dots with underscores in version directory names - #1017

Conversation
Roq's StringPaths.addTrailingSlashIfNoExt() checks path.contains(".")
on the whole path, so dots in directory names like "1.0.0.Final" trick
it into thinking the path has a file extension. This causes versioned
pages to be generated as extensionless files instead of dir/index.html,
which GitHub Pages serves as application/octet-stream (downloads instead
of rendering).
Rename version directories to use underscores (1_0_0_Final) and rename
dev.next back to dev. Update version YAML path fields, release docs, and
AGENTS.md accordingly. Remove unused .nojekyll file (was excluded from
the artifact by upload-pages-artifact's default settings).
