🎯 Changes

The repository uses Changesets v3, but the older TanStack/config action pin still installs @changesets/get-release-plan ^4.0.16 for version previews. Update the config action pins to 466151b2d479656b38942cd84a0a3dce29d48de3, which uses @changesets/get-release-plan ^5.0.0 and aligns the preview tooling with Changesets v3.

This picks up TanStack/config#422, following the same pin update as TanStack/form#2437. Setup and release-comment references are kept on the same config revision.
This overlaps with the preview/comment pin update in #191 and also keeps the setup pins aligned.

Investigation: no matching Changesets v3 prerelease-preview failure was found in the workflow runs inspected for this repository. This version-preview run with the old config pin and CLI 3.0.3 succeeded. This update completes v3 compatibility and prevents the prerelease issue; it is not presented as a fix for a reproduced failure here.

Validation: reviewed the pin-only diff and checked that the workflow YAML parses with no structural changes. Package test suites were not run for this CI-only change; workflow execution is left to PR CI.

Prepared with the Codex agent at the author's request.

This change only updates pinned TanStack action revisions and does not alter workflow behavior. The skills validation check currently fails because the modified workflow files are unmapped. Run intent maintainer sync and record the review outcome, then rerun the check before merging.

New revisions hop right in.
The setup steps keep to their way,
While action hashes change today.

Resolve the intent maintainer validation failure before merge.

The Check Skills / 1_validate job reports this workflow change as unmapped. Run intent maintainer sync, review the authoring issue, and record the result with intent maintainer review. Rerun the check afterward.
