Imarika-Project is a Progressive Web Application (PWA) designed for credit scoring. This project demonstrates the development of a modern web application that can be installed on a user's device, offering a native-app-like experience. It focuses on collecting relevant data, applying a credit scoring algorithm, and presenting the results in an intuitive user interface. This project highlights skills in frontend development, data processing, and PWA implementation.
- Progressive Web App (PWA): Installable on various devices, offering offline capabilities and fast loading times.
- User-Friendly Interface: Intuitive design for data input and credit score visualization.
- Credit Scoring Algorithm: Implements a basic algorithm to assess creditworthiness based on user-provided data.
- Data Input Forms: Secure and validated forms for collecting necessary financial and personal information.
- Responsive Design: Optimized for seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices.
- Local Data Storage: Utilizes browser storage for enhanced performance and offline access.
- Frontend:
- React / Vue.js / Angular (example): For building dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript: Core web technologies.
- Service Workers: For PWA functionalities like offline access and push notifications.
- Web Manifest: Defines the PWA's appearance and behavior.
- Backend (Conceptual/Mock):
- Node.js / Python (example): For API endpoints to process credit scoring logic (if not handled purely client-side).
- Database (Conceptual/Mock):
- NoSQL / SQL (example): For storing user data and credit profiles.
- Node.js (v16 or higher)
- npm or yarn
- Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/Saint-Franklin1/Imarika-Project.git cd Imarika-Project - Install dependencies:
npm install # or yarn install - Run the development server:
Open your browser and navigate to
npm start # or yarn starthttp://localhost:3000(or the port specified in your project configuration).
- On supported browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge), you will see an install prompt or icon in the address bar. Click on it to install the PWA to your device.
Users input their financial and personal data through the PWA interface. This data is then processed by a credit scoring algorithm (which can be client-side for demonstration or server-side for a more robust solution). The algorithm evaluates various factors to generate a credit score, which is then displayed to the user along with recommendations.
- Integration with real credit bureaus or financial APIs.
- Advanced machine learning models for more accurate credit scoring.
- User authentication and profile management.
- Push notifications for credit score updates or financial tips.
