Adds ntml over spnego for authentication between windows and centos7.3 and ubuntu 16.04. Fixes a number of problems that stopped connection to exchange/office365.

The package 'libpsrpclient' was replaced by 'psrp' in #3271. However, this was missed when moving from project.json to MSBuild. This change makes this update.
